We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

  • You received the wrong product

We will review the issue and work to make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Items must still be returned in their original condition with proof of purchase.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status.

If approved:

  • 50% of the refund will be returned to your original payment method
  • The remaining 50% will be issued as store credit

Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be processed. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
